Description of Work: OCSD P280-P291 is a partial rehabilitation, partial new construction project which increases the operational flexibility of OCSD’s plant No. 2 facility in Huntington Beach, California. This operational flexibility is achieved by rehabilitating 7 existing pump stations and 14 primary clarifiers. The rehabilitated portions of the project will then feed process to a new sludge blending facility and associated electrical building , which will then in turn feed the consolidated process to the existing digester farm. The project is approximately 20% Civil, 40% Mechanical and 40% Electrical, with difficult and technical Mechanical and Electrical portions of the project.
