Mark Rawlinson is the VP of Shimmick’s National Division, responsible for water resources projects. He has been with the company since 1998. Mark is a highly skilled operations and project manager with more than 20 years of engineering and heavy civil construction experience – leading teams to consistently deliver outstanding results on multi-billion-dollar projects. His experience includes design and construction of heavy civil projects embracing large earthmoving operations, dams, roadways, canals, powerhouses, pumps, pipelines, hydraulic structures, marine works, heavy lift and specialty equipment. Mark currently serves as the executive sponsor for numerous projects, including the LaGrange Lock and Dam, Chickamauga Lock, Southport Levee, all for the U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers.
Mark holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
