Mark Rawlinson, vice president of the National Division, has more than 25 years of experience in engineering and heavy civil construction and leads teams to consistently deliver outstanding results on multi-disciplinary projects Mark is responsible for the National Division’s water resource projects. He has been with Shimmick since 1998 and is a highly skilled operations and project manager. His experience includes design and construction of heavy civil projects embracing large earthmoving operations, dams, roadways, canals, powerhouses, pumps, pipelines, hydraulic structures, marine works, and heavy lift and specialty equipment. Mark currently serves as the executive sponsor for several projects for the U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers, including the $120 million LaGrange Lock and Dam Rehabilitation project, $240 million Chickamauga Lock Replacement project, and the $120 million Rapid Disaster Infrastructure Levee Replacement project.
Mark holds a Master of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Florida.
