Project includes the installation and connection of a complete Central Emergency Lighting System consisting of one-third of existing lighting in dedicated conduit systems as indicated. Work includes providing and installing battery room ventilation systems, batteries and corresponding battery racks, Uninterruptible Power Supplies and corresponding Maintenance Bypass cabinets, eye wash stations, circuit breakers, distribution panels, DC battery disconnect switches, suction boxes, pull boxes, conduits, wires, cables, wire fittings, asbestos abatements and accessories required to complete the installation. In addition, we are responsible for the installation, airings, labeling and commissioning of the Central Emergency Lighting System; power to all emergency exit signs, lighting calculations for all stations; training for BART personnel; electrical studies; remote monitoring systems in electrical room, train control room, including conduit, wiring and fiber optics.
