John Hartman is a senior project controls leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting complex infrastructure programs and building high-performing project controls systems. He brings deep expertise in cost and schedule management, change control, risk management, and program governance.
Mr. Hartman has led project controls efforts on major infrastructure initiatives, including the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games program, the California High-Speed Rail program, and the Caltrain Modernization Program. His experience spans multi-billion-dollar programs, where he has developed integrated controls frameworks, strengthened reporting systems, and supported alignment across design, program management, and construction teams.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hartman has held senior leadership roles at global firms, leading large teams and standardizing project controls practices across regions. He is known for delivering clear, data-driven insights that support effective decision-making and strong project outcomes.
Mr. Hartman holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Studies / Construction Management from Moorhead State University and is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
