Bob Parkin

Bob Parkin is a seasoned construction executive with over 25 years of experience estimating and leading heavy civil infrastructure projects across North America. As a senior leader in preconstruction, Mr. Parkin has directed national teams responsible for strategy, pricing, scheduling, and risk management across a wide portfolio of collaborative delivery projects.

Mr. Parkin has played a key role in delivering high-value pursuits ranging from $10 million to over $4 billion, supporting clients in sectors including aviation, transportation, water resources, and industrial infrastructure. His leadership has helped secure and shape landmark infrastructure programs through collaborative delivery models, including CM/GC, Progressive Design-Build, and CMAR.

Throughout his career, Mr. Parkin has held leadership roles at top-tier, nationally recognized firms driving high-value outcomes. He is highly skilled in cost modeling, proposal development, client negotiation, and team building—bringing a collaborative, solution-driven approach to every phase of the project lifecycle.

Mr. Parkin holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a mechanical specialty and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, both from the Colorado School of Mines.
