Sarah Tacker

Sarah Tacker brings 27 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry, including multiple executive leadership roles and deep expertise in infrastructure project delivery. Her background spans operational leadership, financial and change management, and she has a strong track record of building sustainable, high-performing organizations. She leads with a focus on accountability, alignment, and long-term performance, ensuring teams deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Ms. Tacker has contributed to and led some of California’s most complex infrastructure projects, including the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge Skyway and the Presidio Parkway Project, the state’s first highway delivered through a public-private partnership.

In addition, Ms. Tacker is actively engaged in advancing the industry through her involvement with the Beavers Organization’s Women in Heavy Civil Committee and the Associated General Contractors of California, supporting initiatives focused on leadership development and expanding opportunities across the workforce.
