Legacy Foundations is working closely with GC OHL on the $49.3 million Hamner Avenue Bridge Replacement project in Norco, CA over the Santa Anna River. The team is using a blend of oscillator/crane clam shell excavation and conventional drill rig drilling to drill 33 CIDH shafts in the extremely environmentally-sensitive flood plain.
