27 Mar Shimmick’s CFX Project Wins Two Prestigious Safety Awards
Shimmick’s Central Florida Expressway (CFX) Cash Toll Collections Operations project was recently recognized by the Central Florida Safety Council with two separate awards: Outstanding Lost Time Prevention GOLD Award (at least 36 months without a lost time injury) and Honorable Mention Lost Time Prevention (at least 12 months without a lost time injury). The Florida Safety Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people and businesses work together to prevent injuries and fatalities as well as the costs associated with them. These awards were a well-deserved recognition of the entire CFX team’s focus on safety.
